This month, staff from across Robinsons and CWP swapped desks for hi-vis as part of our ongoing Lean journey.
The visit gave colleagues the chance to see first-hand how different areas of the business operate and gain a better understanding of the processes involved in producing our precast concrete products.
From raw materials and batching through to panel production and finished products, the tour showcased the journey our products take before leaving the yard.
The day also provided an opportunity to highlight some of the improvements being made across both businesses as we continue to find smarter, more efficient ways of working.
