Home | News | July: precast projects, local deliveries & industry highlights

Summer is in full swing, and so is our team at CWP!

From outstanding factory output to strong customer feedback and local project deliveries, July has been a month packed with achievements.

Our focus on precast concrete solutions continues to deliver outstanding results for clients across the agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Here’s a look at what we’ve been working on.

Highland Show: one month on

The buzz from the Highland Show is still going strong.

We had an impressive response, and sales have already started strong, with plenty more potential in the pipeline.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our presence at the show a success.

If you missed it and want to learn more about the precast concrete products we showcased, our team is happy to chat.

Panel production progress

In Factory 1, demand for panels is climbing steadily, so much so that we’ve been working overtime to keep up.

Customer feedback on the quality of our precast concrete panels has been excellent, reflecting our team’s precision, skill, and attention to detail.

One of July’s major milestones was the completion of a large-scale production run: 107 x 140mm wall panels, now finished and delivered.

If you’re planning a project that needs high-quality precast concrete panels, we’re ready to deliver.

Concrete confidence

Factory 2 has been running at full speed, producing around 340 linear meters of reinforcement cages for precast concrete products each day.

Highlights this month include:

  • Supplying concrete lintels for a specialist testing rig for LCS.
  • Securing a major August job for AKELA — 319 x 7m piles.

When it comes to custom precast concrete projects, we’re trusted by industry leaders for a reason.

Local delivery: A Wall project in Castle Douglas

We’re proud to be delivering 57 precast 3m A Walls to a project right down the road in Castle Douglas.

These precast concrete walls are a fast, durable solution for storage needs in both industrial and agricultural settings.

It’s always a bonus when we work locally, and it’s even better when our products take centre stage in a project’s success.

Built for herds, engineered for performance

Our latest 72-point rotary parlour wall project is now complete. While we don’t have photos of this specific job yet, our previous 62-point project gives a great idea of what’s possible.

These walls, made from reinforced precast concrete, form the ring of the platform that supports both the rotating mechanism and the cows themselves. They offer:

  • Faster installation with no site pours.
  • Perfect fit every time thanks to exact measurements.
  • Smooth finishes for easier cleaning and improved hygiene.
  • Maximum strength and safety with zero compromises.

If you have a dairy project in the pipeline, our precast concrete expertise can help bring it to life.

Wrapping up July

From major client projects to exciting new leads, July has been a month of real progress.

A big thank you to our dedicated teams across both factories. Your hard work and commitment continue to set us apart in the precast industry!
