CWP Concrete has worked closely with Luddon Construction across multiple substation and renewable energy projects throughout Scotland, supplying high-quality precast concrete bases and specialist foundations.

Our most recent collaboration has been at Coalburn Substation, where we supplied precast foundation bases as part of a major infrastructure development.

Most Recent Project: Coalburn Substation

At Coalburn, CWP supplied:

• 70 precast foundation bases over 14 tonnes
• 53 pad foundations
• 113 precast fence post foundations

All units were manufactured off-site in our controlled factory environment and delivered ready for installation, helping to maintain programme efficiency on site.

Feedback from the project highlighted the quality and ease of installation of the bases, with units going into position smoothly and contributing to strong progress across the site.
