Product Information

After previously supplying a variety of companies – in particular, Van Elle with concrete beam foundations – our team decided to broaden their product range and create Driven Precast Concrete Piles. This has enabled us to create an effective foundation solution for the growing housing industry.

Our reinforced Driven Piles are a cost-effective foundation solution that can be used in all types of projects within the construction industry, these include underpinning houses and light buildings, as well as being used as foundations on new buildings and for marine construction.

These Driven Precast Concrete Piles are reinforced with a pre-formed steel cage and may also be coated with a bituminous layer to combat challenging ground conditions. Our team opted for a standard square pile with a slight taper to make the de-moulding process more successful.

The Driven Concrete Piles are also fitted with a universal bar and dowel jointing system with steel crack rings, allowing any configuration of units to be formed, meaning you can meet the required depth of ground on your project. This also allows each length to be joined quickly and securely.

Concrete Driven Pile Sizes

Our Driven Precast Concrete Piles are available in two sizes which are commonly used in the housing industry:

Both sizes are reinforced with a 12mm steel helical cage and produced in standard lengths from 4m – 12m.
