With 6 years of manufacturing prestressed and precast concrete products under our belt, our team are experienced in producing a high-quality finish. We were even awarded the ‘Most Promising New Business Award’ at the Dumfries & Galloway Business Awards 2018 thanks to our rapid growth and outstanding products!
We now have over 3000m² of onsite factory space with a state-of-the-art batching facility and over 4000m² of stock space for our products. Within this space, we have installed 3 concrete mould beds, and our second factory works to produce our range of precast concrete products. Additionally, we have been very busy making significant improvements to our yard and stock areas to ensure we can house all our new products.
We have a full drawing office at our disposal, and we also have our own in-house fabrication section where we construct all steel reinforcement required for precast products. Throw in our fleet of arctic’s and we really can offer a full turnkey package.
To create efficient and safe working practices for our teams, we have recently installed 2 x 7.5t overhead gantry cranes. Throughout our development process, we have also created a new road up to our site, implementing a safe traffic management plan and installing an electronic gate with an access barrier to control all our deliveries.
The team feel it is very important to inspire the next generation and so have created a dedicated schools programme to educate our local young people about the opportunities within manufacturing. Additionally, we believe it is vital to support our local communities and so amidst our other community engagement activities, we are proud to focus on local recruitment.
